  Surface Support Buoys
  Evergreen General Surface Support Buoys are manufactured from a polyethylene or EVA thermo-laminated foam core encapsulated within self-colored polyurethane out skin. Used extensively in single point mooring (SPM) systems, the three main types of support buoy are: Cylindrical Buoys, Chain-Through Buoys, Pick-up Buoys.

  Pneumatic Marine Fenders
  Evergreen Pneumatic rubber fender (Yokohama Marine Fenders) is a leading anti-collision device for marine application in the world today. This compressed air rubber fender is used as a protective medium. Therefore, pneumatic rubber fenders serves as a critical protective medium against collision when ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations and ship-to-dock (STD) berthing and mooring operations. All fenders are manufactured in accordance with ISO 17357:2002.

  One-piece Mooring Buoys
  One-piece mooring buoys are manufactured using a central tension member encapsulated within a syntactic foam core of varying densities to suit particular depth ratings. The external skin of one-piece mooring buoys include rotationally moulded polyethylene, polyurethane elastomer and glass reinforced vinyl-ester, giving a durable, abrasion resistant surface finish. The external surface is pigmented with a high visibility colour – typically yellow, white or orange – to assist with deployment and retrieval although other colours are available on request.

  Anchor Pendant Buoys
  Evergreen Anchor Pendant Buoys are available in a wide range of sizes, can be supplied in suitcase, modular and non-modular type, and in custom and standard configurations. All are supplied with removable central steelwork configured as per the customer’s requirements – be it the typical handling crucifix/ padeye arrangement or a through hawse for use with anchor wire rather than chain.
